TOP TEN LIVE ENTERTAINMENT
VENUES
IN CAPE CORAL
Mealodies’ Top Ten — September 2026 (in no specific order)
When choosing our Top Ten, we purposely look for variety. The number of nights a venue offers entertainment matters, but it isn’t the only thing we consider. We look at the frequency and variety of live entertainment, the performers, atmosphere, food and drinks, and the overall experience. We also try to represent different kinds of venues and entertainment—from live bands and acoustic performers to piano, DJs, karaoke, trivia and music bingo.
After all, not everyone looking for a night out is looking for the same thing.
As of September 2026, here’s what we got.
Rum Runners
If frequency matters, Rum Runners deserves attention. Located at Cape Harbour, Rum Runners combines waterfront dining with live entertainment seven days a week.
The waterfront setting makes it an especially appealing choice for people who want more than simply seeing a band. Dinner, drinks, boats passing through the marina and live entertainment all become part of the evening.
Its consistent entertainment schedule also makes Rum Runners the kind of venue Mealodies loves to feature. You don’t necessarily have to wait for Friday or Saturday night to find something happening.
Monkey Bar Steak & Seafood
Monkey Bar has been part of the Cape Coral dining and entertainment scene for years, and one of its biggest strengths is consistency: entertainment every night of the week.
It’s a casual, tropical Florida atmosphere where you can grab dinner and drinks and stay for the entertainment. Rather than treating music as something reserved for weekends, Monkey Bar makes it part of the regular experience.
For locals and visitors looking for a Cape Coral venue where food and entertainment go hand in hand, Monkey Bar remains one of the city’s dependable choices.
BackStreets Sports Bar
Calling BackStreets simply a sports bar doesn’t quite tell the story.
BackStreets has built entertainment into its identity, including karaoke every night, live performers and multiple entertainment acts on busy weekends. Add a full food menu, drinks and the energy of a neighborhood bar, and there’s usually something happening.
That consistency is one of the reasons BackStreets makes our September Top Ten. When a venue supports entertainment night after night, and sometimes multiple performers during a single weekend, it plays an important role in Cape Coral’s local entertainment scene.
Paradise Tiki Hut
It’s hard to talk about live entertainment in Cape Coral without talking about the outdoor Florida experience, and Paradise Tiki Hut delivers plenty of it.
With live entertainment approximately six nights a week, Paradise Tiki is one of the more active entertainment venues on our list. Its outdoor tiki setting creates the kind of laid-back environment that works especially well with live music.
Grab something to eat, order a drink, find a spot outside and enjoy the show. For people who picture Southwest Florida entertainment as music under the palms and open sky, Paradise Tiki fits the picture pretty well.
Aqua Seafood, Steaks & Raw Bar
Aqua brings something completely different to our Top Ten.
Located at The Cove at 47th, Aqua combines an upscale seafood and steakhouse dining experience with entertainment and nightlife. Live piano provides entertainment indoors, while the rooftop Sky Bar adds another dimension with an open-air atmosphere, cocktails and DJs.
The rooftop is also cigar-friendly, providing another option for guests who enjoy a cigar while spending the evening outdoors.
Aqua demonstrates exactly why our Top Ten isn’t based solely on how many nights a venue books a traditional band. Live entertainment can take many forms, and Aqua combines dining, piano music and rooftop nightlife into one Cape Coral destination.
Bayside Burger & Beer
Bayside Burger & Beer gives Cape Coral another combination we like: casual food and a busy entertainment schedule.
With live music approximately four nights a week, plus music bingo, Bayside provides entertainment on much more than an occasional basis.
It’s an easygoing choice when you’re looking for burgers, beer and local entertainment without needing an elaborate night out. And because its schedule includes both musicians and interactive entertainment, there’s some variety depending on which night you visit.
For Mealodies, venues like Bayside are important because they provide regular opportunities for local entertainers while giving customers another reason to come back throughout the week.
Cork Soakers Deck & Wine Bar
Cork Soakers brings its own personality to Cape Coral’s entertainment scene.
The outdoor deck is a big part of the experience, and with live music approximately four nights a week, there’s a good chance you’ll find entertainment happening when you visit.
Food, wine, cocktails and an outdoor setting give Cork Soakers a different feel from some of Cape Coral’s larger entertainment venues. It’s particularly well suited to people who want to hear live music while still being able to relax, eat and enjoy a conversation.
Regular support for local live music earns Cork Soakers a spot among Mealodies’ September Top Ten.
Jungle Bird Tiki
Jungle Bird Tiki combines tropical atmosphere, creative food and drinks with a regular entertainment schedule.
The outdoor courtyard hosts live performers on Friday and Saturday nights, including acoustic music and other local acts, while Monday Trivia Night adds an interactive entertainment option during the week.
That variety helps Jungle Bird stand out. It isn’t trying to be a traditional music venue. Instead, entertainment complements the immersive tropical atmosphere.
If your idea of a night out includes tropical drinks, food, an outdoor patio and some live music, Jungle Bird provides a distinctly Cape Coral version of the experience.
World Famous Cigar Bar, Cape Coral
World Famous Cigar Bar has developed a strong connection to live music at both its Cape Coral and Downtown Fort Myers locations.
The Cape Coral location currently features live entertainment twice a week, giving cigar enthusiasts an opportunity to enjoy live local performers while relaxing with a cigar and a drink.
While some venues on our list offer entertainment more nights per week, frequency isn’t our only consideration. World Famous Cigar Bar actively promotes live entertainment and has made music part of the experience at its locations.
For people looking for a different kind of night out—and especially those who appreciate cigars with their live music—it deserves a place in Mealodies’ September Top Ten.
Ralph’s Place
Ralph’s Place has long been associated with nightlife and entertainment in Cape Coral.
Currently offering live music approximately four nights a week, along with a weekly bingo night, Ralph’s continues to maintain an active entertainment calendar.
The atmosphere is casual and energetic, making it a place where people can eat, have a few drinks, hear local musicians and make an evening out of it.
Ralph’s earns its place in our September Top Ten because entertainment remains a regular part of what the venue offers rather than an occasional special event.
Who Makes Next Month’s Top Ten?
Cape Coral’s entertainment scene doesn’t stand still, and neither will this list.
Mealodies updates our Top Ten Live Entertainment Venues in Cape Coral every month. Entertainment schedules change. New venues open. Established venues add new performers, DJs, karaoke, trivia and other entertainment—and sometimes venues reduce their entertainment schedules.
That’s why we date our Top Ten.
Check back next month to see who’s in, who’s new and where the entertainment is happening in Cape Coral.
And remember: schedules can change, so always check the venue’s current entertainment schedule before heading out.
